Steel structure maintenance for beach hotels
On the beachfront, salt air works every day on railings, pergolas, façades, roofs and staircases. The Coast Plan checks your steel structures on a schedule, so rust is stopped before guests can see it.
What the Coast Plan checks
On every visit we check for rust and salt-air corrosion, touch up paint and anchors, tighten bolts and check welds. At the end we hand you a report with photos, zone by zone, so your chief engineer knows what was done and what should be dealt with next.
The plan covers the pieces we fabricated and, depending on your contract, other steel structures in the hotel: pergolas, walkways, beach-bar roofs, equipment covers and railings.
Why on a schedule
On the coast, rust starts at small points: a bolt, a cut edge, a weld where the paint cracked. Dealt with in time, cleaning and touching up is enough. Left for a season, the part may need replacing. That is why the plan runs on a visit calendar, not on emergency calls.
With the Complete Plan the calendar includes an automatic reminder before every visit, and it adds the Energy Plan for panels and transfer switches, remote monitoring and priority service when something fails.
Every piece with its history
What leaves our plant carries a QR-code plate. Scanning it with a phone, your team sees the date and place of manufacture, the inspections and tests carried out, the warranty and its expiry date, the maintenance history and a button to request service. The record is not lost when the hotel’s staff changes.
How to start
Ask us for a first visit: we walk the hotel with your team, make an inventory of steel structures with photos and propose a plan to suit your property. You can ask on WhatsApp or with the form on this page.
The areas that suffer most
In a beach hotel the parts that show rust first are usually the ones most exposed to the sea wind: terrace railings, pergolas by the pool, beach-bar roofs and covers for air-conditioning units on the rooftops. The report from each visit ranks them by priority, so the maintenance budget goes first where it is needed most.
