Service buildings for hotels and resorts
Behind every resort there is a side the guest never sees: stores, laundries, maintenance workshops, plant rooms. We fabricate those buildings in our plant in Bávaro and erect them on your property with our own crew.
What the back of a hotel needs
A beach hotel grows in stages, and every stage needs more service space: a store for food and drink, a workshop for carpentry and painting, a covered area for the laundry, or a depot for beach furniture out of season. These buildings have to go up quickly, take little land and not interrupt the running of the resort.
A steel-frame building suits those conditions well. Columns, beams and purlins arrive fabricated from the plant, and on site they are lifted by crane until the portal frames stand. The heavy, noisy work, cutting, welding and painting, happens in our plant, not on your property.
Planned together with the electrical side
A service building almost always houses equipment: cold rooms, industrial washers, compressors, pumps. That is why one project can leave our plant with the structure and the electrical panel assembled on our electrical assembly line, and, if you wish, with remote monitoring of consumption, voltage and temperature.
Before we fabricate, we draw the building in 3D and our multidisciplinary engineering team reviews the structure. You see the model and approve it, so there are no surprises when the parts reach the site.
Close to the sea, looked after from day one
Salt air on the La Altagracia coast is hard on any steel part. We paint the structure in the plant before it leaves, close the building with plain or tile-profile aluzinc roofing, and every piece carries its QR-code plate: date of manufacture, inspections, warranty and maintenance history.
With the Coast Plan we check for rust and salt-air corrosion, touch up paint and anchors, check bolts and welds and hand you a report with photos.

Can you erect the building without stopping the hotel?
The parts are fabricated in our plant and only erected on site. We plan the erection with your operations team so the resort keeps running.
What do I need to ask for a quote?
A drawing, a photo of the plot or a hand sketch showing what the building is for. We send a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time.
Can the building include the electrical panel?
Yes. We assemble panels, transfer switches and enclosures on our electrical assembly line, so structure and electrics come from one supplier.
Can I see the building while it is made?
Yes. Every stage is recorded with photos sent to your phone, and you can visit the plant in Bávaro by appointment.
