1What we ask for
Only what we need to answer you. The Get a quote, Contact, Plant visit and Seagram Partner forms ask for:

We do not ask for bank details or passwords on the website. The RNC or ID number is asked for only, as an optional field, when you sign up for the Seagram Partner program. If an order needs more later, a person from Seagram will ask you through the channel you chose.
When you write on WhatsApp, we also receive your number and profile name, as in any conversation in that app.
2What we use them for
- To answer your request: questions, a plant visit, a quote, a Seagram Partner sign-up.
- To prepare and send you the proposal, and to keep the project file if it becomes an order.
- To coordinate fabrication, transport and erection with you or with the person you name.
Nothing else. We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or hand your data to third parties. We share it only with whoever needs to see it for your project, for example the haulier who takes the structure to your site.
3Where they are stored
- Files you upload (drawings, photos): in private storage for the website. They are not public, do not appear in search engines and cannot be opened without authorization. provider to be confirmed
- Form data: arrives at cotizaciones@seagram.do and is kept in Seagram’s internal quoting system. system to be confirmed
- WhatsApp conversations: on the company’s phones and on WhatsApp’s servers, under that app’s terms.
The website’s servers may be outside the Dominican Republic. location to be confirmed
4For how long
After that period, we delete the files and contact details, except what the law requires us to keep. You can ask for deletion sooner, at any time, as described below.
5Your rights
You can, at no cost and without giving a reason:
- Access: know what data of yours we hold and where it came from.
- Rectify: correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erase: ask us to delete your data and your files.
- Object: ask us to stop using your data for a specific purpose.
We answer within the period Seagram sets period to be confirmed. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can go to the competent authority under Law 172-13. authority to be confirmed
6How to ask
Write to the quotes e-mail saying which right you want to exercise and the phone or e-mail you contacted us from, so we can find your file:
If you prefer, call or write on WhatsApp; the person who answers will log the request.
7Cookies
The website uses the minimum cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising cookies. list to be confirmed when the site is built

Essential cookies do not need your consent. If Seagram turns analytics on, the website will ask you first and you can say no without losing any function.
8Changes to this text
If what we ask for or what we use it for changes, this text and the revision date above will change. We will not notify you by e-mail, because we do not keep e-mail addresses for that.
