Aluzinc roofs for hotels and resorts

Villas and room blocks usually call for tile-profile aluzinc, which gives the look of a traditional roof without the weight of clay tile. Covered walkways, carports and the service area work well with plain aluzinc. Either way we choose with your design team the colour that keeps the resort’s image.

When new framing is needed, for example to cover a walkway between buildings or a loading area, we fabricate it in steel in our plant together with the sheets.

Re-roofing a resort in operation is done zone by zone. We measure each building with digital equipment, make the sheets in batches and install them following the occupancy calendar the hotel gives us. That is how we worked at Villa Caletón 55, in Cap Cana: roofs by zones, delivered in stages.

Because every sheet arrives cut to the length of its slope, time on the roof is shorter and the noise of the work is concentrated into a few hours per zone.

Beachfront hotels take salt air every day. The Coast Plan checks for rust and corrosion, tightens the bolts and delivers a report with photos, so the hotel’s maintenance team knows which roof to deal with first.

Every roof carries its QR-code plate, with the date of manufacture, the inspections and the maintenance history, readable from your chief engineer’s phone.
