Electrical panels for hotels and resorts
In a hotel a power cut is not a nuisance: it is a complaint from every room, a kitchen at a standstill and a pool with no pumps. We assemble panels, transfer switches and enclosures for resorts on our electrical assembly line in Bávaro, a few minutes from the hotel zone.
A hotel has many panels
A resort’s power is split across dozens of panels: the main panel of each building, those for kitchens and laundry, pool and drinking-water pumps, outdoor lighting and every block of rooms. Each has its own load, its own place and its own way of being maintained.
We assemble them in the plant, with marked aisles and every tool in its place, and they leave labelled and tested, ready to connect. Every panel carries its QR-code plate, which your maintenance team scans to see the date of manufacture, the tests carried out and the warranty.
Transfer switches that work when needed
A resort depends on its generator every time the grid fails. The transfer switch is the part that decides whether guests notice the cut. We assemble transfer switches and, if you wish, monitor them remotely: you get an alert when the generator starts, when it fails or when it is due for maintenance.
Under the Energy Plan we check the panels with a thermal camera for hot spots, tighten connections, clean, and test the transfer switch with the generator, with a report of measurements.
Measure to spend less
The power bill is one of a hotel’s biggest costs. We connect the panels to measure consumption, voltage and temperature and send alerts to your phone when something is out of the ordinary: for example, a lobby air conditioner using more than on the rest of the week.
With an energy study we measure consumption, show where it is lost and propose how to lower the bill.
New builds and extensions
On a new build, one project can leave our plant with the structure of the service building, the panels and the monitoring. On an extension, we survey the existing installation and assemble the new panels to work alongside the current ones. Send us the single-line diagram or photos of the current panels and we will quote.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build panels for hotels in operation?
Yes. We assemble the panels in the plant and plan the changeover with your maintenance team to keep the time without power short.
Can you monitor the hotel’s generator?
Yes. With monitored transfer switches you get an alert when the generator starts, when it fails or when it is due for maintenance.
What does the Energy Plan include?
A thermal-camera check, tightening of connections and cleaning, a transfer switch test with the generator and a report with measurements.
What do you need to quote?
The single-line diagram, the load list or photos of the current panels. With that we send a clear price and the delivery time.
Tell us about your project
Send us a drawing, a photo or a hand sketch. We reply with a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time.
