Remote electrical monitoring for hotels

On every connected panel we measure consumption, voltage and temperature. Those three readings catch most problems before they turn into a breakdown: voltage dropping when a large unit starts, a panel running hotter than on other days, consumption rising for no reason.

When something is out of the ordinary, an alert reaches your phone. A real example of the kind of message: today’s consumption is above normal, we recommend checking the lobby air conditioning.

A monitored transfer switch alerts you when the generator starts, when it fails or when it is due for maintenance. In a hotel where grid cuts happen several times a month, knowing that the generator responded, or that it did not, is the difference between a quiet night and a complaint in every corridor.

The same system serves the technical team and the management. Maintenance sees alerts and trends for each piece of equipment; finance sees how much each area of the hotel uses and at what times. With an energy study we measure consumption, show you where it is lost and propose how to lower the bill.
