Energy study for businesses and industry

Many businesses replace equipment or install panels without knowing how much each thing uses. The study starts the other way round: we connect metering to the panels and record consumption, voltage and temperature over a period that represents your operation, with weekdays, weekends and peak hours.

That data shows which equipment uses the most, at what times, and which loads have no explanation, such as air conditioning running at night or motors that never stop.

A report with your consumption by area and by time of day, the points where energy is lost and a set of proposed measures: automatic schedules for lighting and equipment, panel changes, correction of hot connections or redistribution of loads. Each proposal says what it involves, so you can decide where to start.

We do not promise a savings percentage before measuring: the result depends on your installation and on the measures you decide to apply.

Measures that need it are carried out in our own plant: new panels assembled on the electrical assembly line, process automation, monitored transfer switches. If you decide to keep the metering after the study, your panels stay on remote monitoring with phone alerts when something is out of the ordinary.

Supermarkets, shopping plazas, restaurants, offices, industrial buildings and hotels: any business whose power bill weighs on its costs and that runs several large units at once. Almost every study turns up something nobody expected: an air-conditioning unit running all night in an empty store, a pump that starts every few minutes or a panel with a connection that runs hot. None of those findings shows on the bill, which only carries the month’s total.
