Meter enclosures for apartment towers and residential developments

For the developer of a tower or a residential project, the meter enclosure has to arrive in time for the utility connection and cause no trouble on the day the apartments are handed over. It needs the exact number of positions, reading windows that do not have to be opened and room for each unit’s cabling.

Many coastal residential developments place their meter enclosures outdoors or in ventilated rooms exposed to salt air. The sheet is painted in the plant and the cabinet leaves with its QR-code plate. The Energy Plan checks connections with a thermal camera, tightens, cleans and leaves a report with measurements.

It is worth leaving positions in the meter enclosure for later phases, or designing it in modules that are added next to the first without taking it apart.
