The building’s panels come from our electrical assembly line and can be connected to measure consumption, voltage and temperature remotely.
From the east along the highway
San Pedro lies on the way between La Romana and Santo Domingo, on the Autovía del Este corridor. The parts travel from our plant already fabricated and painted, and erection is planned to keep crane days on your plot to a minimum.
A coastal climate
The city sits on the Caribbean and the mouth of the Higuamo, with sea breeze and humidity. We paint the structure in the plant, and the Coast Plan checks rust and corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and checks bolts and welds, with a report and photos. Every piece carries its QR-code plate.
