In a factory the electrical panel is as much a part of the production line as the machines. We assemble distribution panels, motor control panels, transfer switches and enclosures on our own electrical assembly line, and we can connect them so you can see from your phone how your plant is running.
We are an industrial plant ourselves
Our plant in Bávaro cuts, bends, welds, paints and assembles panels under one roof. We know what an hour of machine downtime costs when a breaker trips or a loose connection overheats. That is why we assemble every panel with marked aisles, every tool in its place and every circuit labelled.
The metal enclosure is ours too: the sheet is laser-cut and bent in the same plant, so size, openings and paint fit your equipment and not the other way round.
Automation and monitoring
We automate pumps, motors, access and lighting, and connect panels to measure consumption, voltage and temperature. When something is out of the ordinary, the maintenance manager gets an alert on the phone before the problem stops the line.
Monitored transfer switches alert you when the generator starts, when it fails or when it is due for maintenance, which is valuable in areas with frequent outages.
Structure and electrics in one project
If you are building or extending, one job can leave our plant with the building, the panels and the hopper or process structure. For Grupo Concremax we fabricated a receiving hopper loaded by a front loader that discharges onto the conveyor belt: structure and process planned together.
To keep it running
The Energy Plan checks the panels with a thermal camera, tightens connections, cleans and tests the transfer switch, and delivers a report with measurements. The Complete Plan adds remote monitoring and priority service when something fails. Every panel carries its QR-code plate and its record.
