Façades and lattice screens in Juan Dolio

On a beach tower, the façade facing the sea takes sun and salt at the same time, and the one facing the street is what the buyer sees on arrival. A pierced or perforated façade on the street side gives the project an identity; on the balconies, panels give shade and privacy without blocking the breeze.

In almost every apartment tower, the air-conditioning condensers end up hanging on the façade. Cut-pattern covers, laser-cut and painted in several colours, hide the units, let the air through and make the façade part of the building’s design. They are made in series for every apartment and installed at height by our team.

With the circle design, every panel is different and the whole façade reads as one image. It works very well on tall buildings, where the pattern can be seen from afar and from the beach. We also make tropical designs with palms, leaves and flowers, or the drawing your architect brings us.

For entrance halls and staircases we make double-height lattice screens; for the pool area, cut-pattern panels that separate spaces; for the entrance, signs and totems with the condominium’s name. All in the same language as the façade.

We choose the material by exposure: galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminium for the most exposed pieces. The Coast Plan checks rust and corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and delivers a photo report the condominium administration can present to the owners.
