Aluzinc roofs in Juan Dolio

Juan Dolio is a strip of beach on the coast of San Pedro de Macorís, with apartment towers, residential developments and weekend villas for families from the capital. There aluzinc mostly covers rooftops, social areas, carports and equipment housings, a few metres from the sea.

Roofs for towers and residential developments

In beach towers, the metal roof shows up on the rooftop: pergolas and shelters in the social area, covers for tanks and equipment, and lift housings. In low-rise developments, on carports, guard booths and pool areas. They are small roofs, but very exposed to wind and salt air.

We make the sheets to measure and, when needed, the steel frame that carries them, painted in the plant.

Weekend villas

Many villas in Juan Dolio are used at weekends and on holidays. The owner is not there to see a leak or a rusty bolt. The Coast Plan checks for rust and salt-air corrosion and tightens the bolts, and the report with photos reaches the owner’s phone.

Tile-profile aluzinc is the profile most requested for villas, for its traditional-roof look.

Logistics along the Autovía del Este

Juan Dolio lies next to the Autovía del Este, between San Pedro de Macorís and Boca Chica. From our plant, the sheets travel already cut to the length of each slope and labelled by roof zone, and our own crew installs them.

Condominium administrations

For an administration that has to replace the common-area roofs of several towers, one project with one colour and a calendar in stages works best. We measure each roof with digital equipment and send a clear quote per stage, with what it includes and the delivery time.

Send us photos of the roofs, the location and the number of buildings.

Shelters and social areas

The pool or rooftop shelter is the most used place in many beach developments. A painted steel frame with a tile-profile aluzinc roof gives the look of a traditional thatched shelter without the constant upkeep of palm thatch or timber exposed to the sea. We model it in 3D with its furniture to check the shade at different times of day.
