Electrical panel maintenance for industry
Connections in a panel work loose with heat, vibration and age, and a loose connection is a hot spot waiting to fail. The Energy Plan checks your panels and transfer switches on a schedule, with a thermal camera and a report of measurements.
The four tasks of the Energy Plan
Thermal-camera check for hot spots: it shows, without touching anything, which connections or breakers are running hotter than normal. Tightening of connections and cleaning: dust, damp and the area’s salt air build up inside enclosures. Transfer switch test with the generator: we check that the generator starts and takes the load. Report with measurements: what we found, what we did and what we recommend.
For industry and retail
In a factory, a failing panel stops production; in a supermarket, it leaves the fridges without cooling. The plan is scheduled at times that affect your operation as little as possible, and the report helps your management plan equipment changes before they fail.
If we assembled your panels, each one already carries its QR-code plate: date of manufacture, tests, warranty and maintenance history. If they come from another supplier, we bring them into the plan after a first inspection.
One step further: monitoring
With the Complete Plan, your panels are monitored remotely for consumption, voltage and temperature, and you receive phone alerts between visits. It adds priority service when something fails, a visit calendar with automatic reminders and the Coast Plan for the steel structures of your plant.
How to ask for it
Send us the list of panels and transfer switches, with photos if you have them, and your operating hours. We propose a visit calendar and send you the quote for the plan, with what each visit includes.
Signs that a panel needs checking
Some signs can be seen with the naked eye: a breaker that trips for no reason, a burning smell near the enclosure, dark marks around a connection, noise or vibration in the panel, or a door that no longer closes properly and lets in dust and damp. If you notice any of them, do not wait for the next visit: the Complete Plan gives you priority service, and in any case you can write to us on WhatsApp with a photo.
Frequently asked questions
What is the thermal camera for?
It shows which connections and breakers run hotter than normal, without touching the panel, so they can be corrected before they fail.
Do you include panels from other suppliers?
Yes, after a first inspection we bring them into the plan.
What do I get after each visit?
A report with the measurements, what was done and what we recommend dealing with.
