Because we fabricate inside the same area, we measure your roof with digital equipment and produce every sheet at the exact length of its slope. The sheets reach the site ready to install, with no cutting on site and fewer overlaps where water could get in.

If a measurement changes during the job, the corrected sheet is made in the plant and arrives soon, without holding up the rest of the roof.

The eastern tip of the island gets a constant sea breeze, strong sun most of the year and the hurricane season from June to November. A metal roof here depends as much on its fixing as on the sheet: the frame that carries it, the purlin spacing and the bolts. If your roof needs a new frame, we fabricate it in steel in our plant and our engineering team reviews it.

Under the Coast Plan we check for rust and salt-air corrosion and tighten the bolts, with a report and photos.

Villas and residential developments mostly ask for tile-profile aluzinc, for its traditional-roof look. Industrial buildings, warehouses, carports and service areas use plain sheet. Shopping plazas and schools combine both depending on the part of the building.

Available colours include white, blue, green, yellow, wood, red, terracotta, brown and black; the colour chart is confirmed with the quote.

We schedule the survey and send you a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time. If you prefer, come to the plant by appointment to see profile and colour samples.

Every roof we install is recorded on its QR-code plate: date of manufacture, inspections, warranty and maintenance. For the manager of a residential development or the owner of a rental villa, it is the way to know what was done and when, without relying on paperwork.
