Metal roofs for villas in Cap Cana

In Cap Cana we built the metal roofs of Villa Caletón 55, by zones and delivered in stages, and the spiral staircase of the Caletón 68 boutique hotel. We know the level of finish the area’s villas call for and the pace of a job inside a development with its own rules.

Villa Caletón 55

At Villa Caletón 55 we fabricated and installed the metal roofs by zones and delivered them in stages. So while one part of the house was being finished, another was already covered, and the interior finishes could move ahead without waiting for the whole roof.

Cap Cana villas usually have several volumes, multi-pitch roofs, covered terraces and tricky roof-to-wall joints. That is why we measure every slope with digital equipment and model the roof in 3D before fabrication.

Facing the sea

Many Cap Cana villas are on the beachfront or very close to the sea, where salt air is most aggressive. Aluzinc is steel sheet coated with an aluminium-zinc alloy, a common choice for coastal roofs. The steel frame that carries it is painted in our plant before it leaves.

The Coast Plan checks for rust and salt-air corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and tightens the bolts, with a report and photos that reach the villa manager even if the owner is abroad.

Working inside the development

Private developments have working hours, controlled access and design rules. We agree the delivery calendar and the roof colour with the administration and the villa’s architect, and arrive with the sheets made to the exact length to cut the days of work on site.

More than the roof

The same plant fabricates the roof frame, spiral staircases like the one at Caletón 68, bolted pergolas for the terrace, lattices and pierced railings. For an architect, that means one fabricator for all the metalwork of the villa.

Send us the villa’s drawings or render and we send a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time.

For the owner at a distance

Many Cap Cana owners follow their project from another country. Every fabrication stage is recorded with photos sent to their phone, and when it is finished the roof carries its QR-code plate, with the warranty and the maintenance history, available to the owner, the architect and the villa manager.
