Industrial buildings in Punta Cana

Our plant is on Av. Barceló, Km 6½, between Verón and Bávaro, inside the same tourist area. For a building in Punta Cana that means the columns, beams and purlins travel on local roads, without crossing the country, and our erection and engineering teams can be on your site the same day you need them.

It also means you can come to the plant by appointment, review your project with our engineering team and see your structure while it is being made.

The most common jobs in the area are service buildings for hotels, food and drink warehouses, maintenance workshops, material stores for builders and large retail units on the main avenues. Many combine the warehouse below with an office mezzanine above.

One project can leave our plant with the structure, the aluzinc roof, the electrical panel assembled on our assembly line and, if you wish, remote monitoring of your equipment.

Punta Cana sits at the eastern tip of the island, open to the Atlantic and the Caribbean at once, with a constant sea breeze and a hurricane season from June to November. Salt air reaches further inland than it seems, so we paint the whole structure in the plant before it leaves, and the structural design is reviewed by our multidisciplinary engineering team for the use and location of your building.

After handover, the Coast Plan checks rust and salt-air corrosion, paint, anchors, bolts and welds, with a report and photos.
