Aluzinc roofs for villas and houses

The difference is the shape of the sheet. The tile profile looks like a tiled roof and suits the style of many Caribbean villas; the plain profile is the usual corrugated sheet, common over service areas, carports and roofs nobody sees from below. It is normal to combine both on one house.

Colours run from white to black, through blue, green, yellow, wood, red, terracotta and brown. We show you the colour chart with the quote, so you can choose the shade that goes with the façade together with your architect.

We measure on your site with digital equipment and make every sheet to fit its slope. One whole sheet from ridge to eaves means fewer overlaps, fewer places for water to get in and a cleaner finish, which shows on hipped roofs and on villas with several volumes.

At Villa Caletón 55, in Cap Cana, we built the metal roofs by zones and delivered them in stages, so the finishing work underneath could move ahead without waiting for the whole roof.

If your house needs the roof frame, we fabricate it in steel in our plant: beams, purlins and, when the design calls for it, second floors or covered terraces. We install with our own crew.

Near the sea, the Coast Plan checks for rust and salt-air corrosion and tightens the roof bolts, with a report and photos. Every job is recorded on its QR-code plate.
