A supermarket or a shopping plaza needs large column-free spaces, façades that read from the road and building work that does not scare customers away. We fabricate the structure in our plant so that it is only erected at the store.
Long spans for aisles and shelving
In a store, every column in the way is a lost aisle. A steel structure lets portal frames with long spans cover the sales floor and leaves the floor free for shelving, checkouts and circulation. Our engineering team sets spans and heights for your layout.
Besides the main building we fabricate mezzanines for offices or storage, staircases and second floors. Everything comes out of the same 3D model, so the parts fit on site.
Work with the store open
In Verón we reinforced the structure of Marlin Shopping while the store stayed open, without stopping its operation. That kind of job depends on arriving with everything fabricated, measured and numbered, and erecting by zones at hours agreed with the store.
Before we fabricate we measure the premises with digital equipment, because in an extension or a reinforcement the existing structure rarely matches the old drawings.
Façade, signs and power
The pierced-metal façade, the laser-cut totems and signs, and the electrical panels and meter enclosures for the units all come out of the same plant. For a plaza developer that means one supplier for the structure, the image and the electrical side.
For the roof we use plain or tile-profile aluzinc, made to the length of each slope. In busy customer areas, such as entrance canopies and loading bays, the structure is painted in the brand colour and checked under the Coast Plan, so rust never shows up right where everyone looks.

How we start
Send us the drawing of the premises or the plot and an idea of what you want to sell and store. If it is an extension, add photos of the current structure. We measure on site, model in 3D and send the quote in parts: structure, façade and electrics, so you can decide what to do first.

Can you work without closing the store?
Yes. We did it at Marlin Shopping in Verón: structural reinforcement with the store open. We fabricate everything in the plant and erect by zones.
Do you also make the plaza’s signs?
Yes. Totems, signs and pierced façades come from our laser cutting and architecture line.
Do you make meter enclosures for the units?
Yes. Meter enclosures, panels and cabinets are assembled on our electrical assembly line.
