In a Cap Cana villa life happens outdoors: the terrace, the pool, the outdoor lounge facing the sea. We make bolted metal louvered pergolas to measure, giving shade without taking away the view or the breeze, and install them with the same team that built the roofs of Villa Caletón 55.
Shade with a view
The louvres cut the direct midday sun and let the breeze through. Facing the sea, the pergola frames the landscape instead of blocking it. It can be finished with perimeter lighting, a wooden screen, cut-pattern side panels or a sliding glass enclosure, depending on how you use the terrace.
Bolted, no heavy works
The pergola arrives in pieces cut and painted in our plant and is assembled on your terrace with bolts. There is no welding on site and no building dust, which matters in a finished or rented villa, where assembly is scheduled for the days the house is free.
Designed in 3D
Before fabrication, we show you the pergola in 3D on your own terrace: size, louvre direction, colour and details. If your community has a design committee, the model helps you present the proposal to it. Final measurements are taken on site with digital equipment.
Along with the rest of the villa
In Cap Cana we have already built the spiral staircase at Caletón 68 and the roofs of Villa Caletón 55. A single visit can cover the pergola, the terrace’s cut-pattern panels or a new roof, with one supplier and one schedule.
Salt and maintenance
A bolted piece outdoors, close to the sea, needs regular checks. The Coast Plan checks rust and salt corrosion, touches up paint and anchors, checks the bolts and sends you a photo report. Every pergola carries its QR-code plate with its history.

Cut-pattern panels on the pergola
The sides of the pergola can carry cut-pattern panels with tropical designs, circles or the drawing you bring us. They give privacy from the neighbouring villa and, lit from behind, turn the terrace into another space at night. They are cut in our plant like the pergola, in the same colour, and bolted to its frame.
