Metal façades in Punta Cana
In Punta Cana the façade sells: it is the hotel’s photo at the travel agencies, the plaza’s face from the road and the first thing an apartment buyer sees. We laser-cut metal façades for those projects in our plant on Av. Barceló, between Verón and Bávaro.
The Hilton façade
For the Hotel Hilton in Punta Cana we fabricated a metal façade and painted it in the colour approved by the hotel. It is the clearest example of what we do: a design set by the brand, turned into panels that are cut, painted, numbered and installed in place.
Three ways to dress a building
Façades with volume use folded, perforated panels that give the building its shape. Perforated façades wrap it and let air and light through, very useful for hiding staircases, corridors or air-conditioning units. Pierced façades carry a pattern, such as circles that form a single image or tropical designs with palms, leaves and flowers.
Air conditioners on show
In the area’s residential developments, condensers on balconies and façades spoil the building. Cut-pattern covers, laser-cut and painted in several colours, hide the units, let the air through and make the façade part of the design. It is one of the projects already standing, which you can see in the projects section.
Made in the area
Cutting, bending, painting and assembling in the same area as the site lets us review samples with the architect at the plant, adjust a panel that does not fit without waiting for a shipment and coordinate installation in blocks. We install with our own team, at height too.
Salt and sun
We cut carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium; material, thickness and paint are chosen for how close the building is to the sea. The Coast Plan checks rust and corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and delivers a photo report. Every piece carries its QR-code plate and its history.
