Agricultural and agro-industrial buildings
On a farm a building has to do several jobs at once: store the harvest, protect the machinery, shade the livestock or house a small processing line. We fabricate it in steel, made to fit your farm, and erect it on site.
A shed that fits the farm
Farm buildings are usually far from everything, on plots reached by dirt roads with no crane nearby. So it pays for the structure to arrive fully fabricated and painted from the plant, with numbered parts that go up in order. On site the work comes down to lifting columns and frames and closing the building.
Depending on the use, the building can be open at the sides, for livestock ventilation or drying, or closed with large doors for machinery. Both start from the same 3D model, which you review before we fabricate.
Water, pumps and power
A working farm depends on its pumps. Besides the structure, we assemble panels on our electrical assembly line and can automate the control of pumps and motors, with alerts to your phone when something is out of the ordinary. That helps when the farm manager is not there all day.
If the farm road crosses a ravine or a river, we also fabricate steel-truss road bridges so the harvest trucks can reach the building.
A roof for strong sun and downpours
The aluzinc roof, plain or tile profile, is made to the length of each slope and fixed with bolts that are later checked during maintenance. Pitch and eaves are set so water from tropical downpours runs off fast and stays out of the work area.
Every building leaves with its QR-code plate and quality record; from a phone you see the date of manufacture, the inspections carried out and the warranty.
Before the site visit
To prepare the visit it helps to know how to reach the farm, whether a large truck can get to the building site and whether there is power on the plot. With those answers we plan the transport of the parts and the erection, and the quote arrives with a clear price, what it includes and the delivery time.
