Every panel leaves with its QR-code plate: date of manufacture, tests carried out, warranty, maintenance history and a button to request service. The Energy Plan includes a thermal camera, tightening of connections, cleaning and a transfer switch test, with a report the administration can present to the owners.

Water pumps, car-park and garden lighting, electric gates and pool equipment share the common-area panel. We assemble it with separate, labelled circuits, so the administration’s technician knows what each breaker switches off without opening the cover blind, and with pump control in the same enclosure if the project calls for it.
