Industrial buildings in Santiago

Santiago lies inland, in the Cibao valley, far from coastal salt air. There the priorities are different: strong heat in the middle of the day, heavy rain in season and, in farm-processing buildings, indoor humidity. A good building in Santiago needs ventilation, well-placed skylights and a pitched roof with eaves that shed water fast.

Typical jobs in the Cibao are manufacturing and free-zone buildings, distribution warehouses for the north of the country, buildings to process and store farm produce, and workshops. Many also need distribution and motor control panels, which we assemble on our electrical assembly line.

For farms, we also fabricate steel-truss road bridges and automate pumps and motors with phone alerts.

Our plant is at the eastern end of the country; Santiago is in the north. The parts travel along the Autovía del Este corridor and, from Santo Domingo, along the Autopista Duarte. That is why the building leaves fully fabricated, drilled, painted and numbered, and erection on your plot is planned so the crane works as few days as possible.

While we fabricate, you receive progress photos on your phone. And if you want to see it in person, you can visit the plant by appointment.

With the building far from our plant, remote monitoring of the panels becomes more valuable: consumption, voltage and temperature on your phone, with alerts when something is out of the ordinary. Maintenance visits are scheduled on a calendar with automatic reminders, and every piece carries its QR-code plate with its full history.
