Industrial buildings in Higüey

Higüey lies inland, away from the beachfront. There is less salt air than in Bávaro or Punta Cana, but sun, heat and downpours are intense. That changes a building’s priorities: more ventilation, well-placed skylights, eaves that protect the entrances and a roof that sheds water fast.

The structure is still painted in our plant before it leaves, and the design is reviewed by our engineering team for the building’s use and location.

In and around Higüey people build distribution warehouses, hardware stores and supermarkets, agricultural buildings for the province’s farms and cattle ranches, vehicle and machinery workshops, and service premises. Many of these projects combine a main building with offices or a mezzanine.

For farms, besides the building we fabricate steel-truss road bridges to cross rivers and ravines, and we automate the control of pumps and motors.

The road linking Verón with Higüey is the natural route for our structures to the provincial capital. The parts leave numbered and painted, travel by truck and are erected on your plot by crane and our own crew.

Before fabricating we visit your plot to measure with digital equipment and check access for trucks and the crane.

We send you a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time. During fabrication you get progress photos on your phone, and when it is done the building carries its QR-code plate, with its warranty and maintenance history.

In central Higüey and along its approach avenues there are many shops that need to grow upwards: a second floor for offices, a storage mezzanine or a canopy for the front. We review the existing structure with our engineering team and fabricate the new parts in the plant, so the work on the premises lasts as little as possible and the business stays open.
