Laser cutting in the Dominican Republic: façades and panels

Laser cutting turns a steel sheet into a piece of architecture: a façade that lets the air through, a lattice screen that divides without closing off, or a sign in the exact shape of a logo. On our laser cutting and architecture line we cut façades, cut-pattern panels, totems, signs, lattice screens and decorative covers, with the design you choose.

Materials

We cut carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The material and thickness of each piece are set to suit your project.

All in the same plant

At our plant in Bávaro a piece does not leave the building until it is finished: laser cutting of sheet and tube, bending, welding and assembly, and painting. Before cutting, we design it in 3D so you can see the model, and our engineering team reviews it. Then we deliver and install it on your site with our own crew.

Projects with laser cutting

• Pierced covers for air-conditioning units, on a residential building: covers in laser-cut sheet, painted in several colors. They hide the units, let the air through and make the façade part of the building’s design. Laser cutting, painted in colors, installed at height.
• Hotel Hilton façade, in Punta Cana: a metal façade fabricated and painted in the color approved by the hotel.
