Electrical panels and enclosures: how we build them in Bávaro
Panels, transfer switches, meter enclosures and cabinets assembled at our plant in Bávaro, with remote monitoring and a maintenance plan.

An electrical panel spends years shut in a plant room, and hardly anyone looks at it until something fails. That is why at Seagram we treat it as a piece that has to be built well, watched and looked after. This article explains what we build on our electrical panels and enclosures line, how we do it and what happens after delivery.
What we build
On our electrical assembly line we build:
- Electrical panels.
- Transfer switches, the equipment that moves the load to the generator when the power goes out.
- Meter enclosures and meter cabinets with reading windows.
- Metal cabinets.
We do not send work out to another shop. At our plant in Bávaro we cut, bend, weld, paint and assemble under one roof: laser cutting of sheet and tube, bending, welding and assembly, painting, electrical assembly, and design and engineering.
From drawing to installed panel
The path is the same as for the rest of our work:
- You send us your idea: a drawing, a photo or a hand sketch, on the website or on WhatsApp.
- We design it in 3D: you see the model before we fabricate, and our engineering team reviews it.
- We quote it: a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time.
- We fabricate it: all in our plant, and every stage is recorded with photos.
- We install it: we deliver and install it on your site, with our own crew.
- We look after it: a plate with a QR code, a registered warranty and scheduled maintenance.
Panels that warn you
Besides building the panel, we can connect it so you can see from your phone how it is running. These are our technology solutions:
- Panels with remote monitoring: consumption, voltage and temperature readings, with alerts to your phone when something is out of the ordinary.
- Monitored transfer switches: a warning when the generator starts, when it fails or when it is due for maintenance.
- Process automation: control of pumps, motors, access, lighting and equipment in hotels, shopping centres and industry.
- Energy study and savings: we measure your consumption, show you where it is lost and propose how to lower the bill.
After delivery
Every panel leaves the plant with a QR code plate. Scanning it with a phone shows the date and place of manufacture, the inspections and tests carried out, the warranty and its expiry date, the use and care manual, the maintenance history and a button to request service.
For panels and transfer switches there is the Plan Energía, one of our maintenance plans: a thermal camera check for hot spots, tightening of connections and cleaning, a test of the transfer switch with the generator, and a report with measurements. If you also want remote monitoring of your panels and priority service when something fails, the Plan Completo includes it.
