The system assigns your level. Our resident technician verifies every signed project by reviewing its drawings; with that check the system recalculates your level and, if you move up, you receive a WhatsApp message congratulating you.

When you finish paying for each project, you earn 1.25 % of its value to use on your next project, up to RD$400,000 a year.

Our technical team advises you at no cost on materials, structural solutions and ways to optimize your project.

Technical visits to your site
Up to 2 visits per project to propose options, recommendations and additional work your project may need.
Planning every 6 months
We review your project plan every 6 months and meet once a year to prepare staff, space and material.
Reserved date in the plant
When you sign the contract, your project enters the fabrication schedule with a fixed date.
Engineer on your preliminary design
Our engineer reviews your preliminary design at no cost, up to 16 hours per project, on projects from RD$1,000,000. Additional hours are charged at US$90 an hour.
No structural calculation management fee
You are not charged the 10 % management fee for the structural calculation.

Price protected for 45 days
Your quoted price holds for 45 days, even if steel goes up, if you sign and pay the advance within that period.
How your credit works
- 1You pay for your project at our normal price, with the usual payment terms.
- 2When you finish paying for it, we credit you 1.25 % of its value. In a year you can accumulate up to RD$400,000.00.
- 3You use that credit on your next project with Seagram, signed within the following 12 months. It is deducted from that project’s last payment.

Program terms
- Payment terms for each project: 50 % on signing, 30 % when fabrication is finished and inspected in the shop, and 20 % on handover of the installation.
- The credit is earned when each project is paid off, expires after 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is applied as a payment toward your next project.
- Each project is signed with a written agreement, with clear payment dates.
- The protected price applies if you sign the contract and pay the 50 % advance within the period. If the period ends and prices have not gone up, we keep the same price.
- If a payment is late, the partner drops one level until it is up to date.
- For every developer you recommend, you receive a credit of 1 % of their first project, up to RD$50,000, for your next project.
Strategic Partner: when you reach RD$50 million in projects signed within 12 months. You move up automatically once our resident technician verifies the project.
