How we make it
- Design and engineering
A 3D model and structural review by our multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Laser cutting
We cut holes in plates and beams with our laser machine.
- Welding and assembly
We weld and assemble the truss in sections.
- Painting
We paint the structure before it leaves the plant.
- Installation
We deliver the sections and erect the truss on site.

Installation and care
- We erect the structure on your site with our own crew.
- The Coast Plan checks for rust and salt-air corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and checks the bolts and welds.
It leaves the plant with its QR-code plate: date and place of fabrication, inspections and tests, warranty, use and care manual, maintenance history and a button to request service.

The length of the crossing is to suit your project; we check it when we measure on site.
